In spring, the leaf center is creamy white with greenish veining, then turns light green by midsummer, and finally dark green in late summer. Slug resistant. A habit like no other hosta; the pointy leaves are held upright in a wavy mound. Trumpet-shaped, lavender flowers appear on 30" scapes from mid to late summer.
Hostas are easy to grow, shade tolerant, herbaceous perennials, hardy in USDA Zones 3-9. Hostas are grown mainly for their beautiful foliage. Hosta leaves come in a wide range of shapes, colors, sizes, and textures.
